Welcome to JobBoardSoftware. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and applications. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using JobBoardSoftware, you agree to these Terms
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • If using on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to bind them
  • These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement
  • Your continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance

Account Registration

Payment Terms

  • Taxes are not included unless specified

All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Content Responsibility

  • You retain ownership of content you create
  • You grant us license to host and display your content
  • You are solely responsible for job postings and user content
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms
  • No warranties about content accuracy or reliability

We do not pre-screen content but reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
  • Termination does not relieve outstanding payment obligations
  • Data may be retained as per our data retention policy
  • Certain provisions survive termination

Additional Information

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We may delete your content after a reasonable period.

Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
  • Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Not liable for third-party actions or content
  • Not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
  • Not a party to transactions between employers and candidates
